Extensive Inventory Stainless Steel Welded Pipe Manufacturing Process
- Step 1,Material slitting treatment: Select suitable stainless steel strips and cut them to the required width through slitting.
- Step 2, Forming and Crimping: Continuously bend the steel strip into the shape of an open tube billet using a roll-forming die.
- Step 3,Welding closure: Perform continuous welding using TIG, MAG, or laser welding technology.
- Step 4, Solution Heat treatment: Conduct high-temperature solution treatment under hydrogen protection to relieve internal stresses and enhance material properties.
- Step 5, Straightening and Sizing:Adjust the straightness and outside diameter using mechanical straightening and sizing equipment
- Step 6, Surface Treatment: Includes pickling, passivation, and polishing for surface finishing.
