201 Cold Rolled Stainless Steel Coil
Description
This austenitic stainless steel contains 16–18% chromium and 3.5–5.5% nickel, with high manganese content and reduced nickel compared to 304 or 316, resulting in lower corrosion resistance. Manufactured through a rolling process, it has a smooth, flat surface and is available in matte (2B) and mirror (BA) finishes. Thickness ranges from 0.3mm to 3.0mm, with coil widths between 1000–1500mm. With tensile strength ≥520 MPa, it is well-suited for high-speed stamping and precision bending applications.
Application:
- Commercial kitchen counters
- Retail store shelves
- Bus interior trim
- DIY furniture frames
- Lightbox frames
- Farming equipment covers
