304/316L Stainless Steel U Channel

Description

The 304/316L stainless steel U channel is manufactured through a cold-bending forming process. Its material composition includes 18% chromium and 8% nickel, with the 316L grade also containing 2% molybdenum. Surface finishes include brushed (Ra 1.2–2.5 μm) and mirror-polished (Ra ≤0.8 μm). The channel height ranges from 20 mm to 150 mm, with a wall thickness of 1.0 mm to 6.0 mm. The 304 stainless steel U channel is resistant to mild acids commonly found in food processing, while the 316L U channel offers superior corrosion resistance against seawater and harsh chemical environments. Both 304 and 316L stainless steel U channels are widely used for structural support in construction, manufacturing, and transportation.
