- Step 1, Raw material selection: Select stainless steel plates or billets that meet the standards; inspect for size and surface quality.
- Step 2, Melting and casting: Melt iron in an electric arc furnace; continuously cast billets.
- Step 3, Hot Rolling Molding: Roll billets at high temperatures to form the cross-sectional shape of channel steel, while maintaining dimensional accuracy.
- Step 4, Cold bending and welding: Use a cold-bending machine to form thin-walled channel steel; weld for reinforcement if needed.
- Step 5, Surface treatment: Apply pickling, passivation, or painting to enhance corrosion resistance.
- Step 6, Straightening and Testing: Straighten channels, test size and mechanical properties, and then package.
