Stainless Steel Strip 3mm
Description
The 3mm stainless steel strip is made through a cold-rolling process, with materials selected from 304 or 316 stainless steel, both containing at least 10.5% chromium. The strip has a dense oxide layer for excellent rust resistance. Its surface can be mirror-finished (Ra ≤ 0.3μm) or brushed (Ra 1.2–2.5μm). The strip has a thickness tolerance of ±0.05mm, a width ranging from 50–600mm, and a coil weight of 100–1000kg. It offers high structural strength and is suitable for laser cutting (accuracy ±0.2mm), bending (radius ≥3T), and welding.
Application:
- Curtain wall beams
- Truck cargo floors
- Conveyor chain plates
- Deck drainage channels
- Gearbox housings
- Medical cart frames
