Incoloy 901

Description

Incoloy 901 is a high-temperature nickel-iron-chromium alloy with excellent strength and resistance to stress relaxation. It’s used in furnace parts and gas turbine engines and is known for its good forgeability. It can be formed into complex components like turbine discs, shafts, and casings. Incoloy 901 can be heat treated (via solution annealing and age hardening) and is easy to machine.

Application:

  • Gas turbine engines
  • High-temperature bolting
  • Furnace components
  • Aerospace components
  • Power generation components
  • Chemical processing equipment
