410 Stainless Steel Strip

Description

The 410 stainless steel strip contains 12% chromium and 0.15% carbon, which creates a strong martensitic structure after heat treatment. It comes in a sandblasted matte or 2B cold-rolled bright finish, with thicknesses from 0.5 to 3.0mm and widths from 10 to 500mm. After heat treatment, it reaches a hardness of HRC 35–45 and a tensile strength of at least 850 MPa. It provides basic rust resistance and performs well in humid environments, with short-term temperature tolerance up to 650 °C. This material supports turning, milling, and welding, and is commonly used in tools, car parts, and wear-resistant industrial components.

Application:

  • Blade cutting edges
  • Exhaust pipe brackets
  • Pump valve seals
  • Surgical forceps blanks
  • Machine spring plates
  • Oil drill components
