Hastelloy X Pipe
Description
Hastelloy X pipe (UNS N06002) is a nickel-chromium-iron-molybdenum alloy that maintains high strength and oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures. It performs reliably up to 1204°C and is ideal for high-temperature piping systems. With good workability and weldability, it also resists chloride stress corrosion cracking and carburization. Common applications include heat exchangers, turbine parts, and structural components in harsh environments.
Application:
- Gas turbine engines
- Industrial furnaces
- Chemical processing
- Petrochemical applications
- Aerospace components
- Power generation
